Celui-ci vous permettra de faire un point sur vos aptitudes et de d\u00e9finir un nouveau projet professionnel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Qui peut faire un bilan de comp\u00e9tences ?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser un bilan de comp\u00e9tences, le salari\u00e9 du secteur priv\u00e9 en CDI doit justifier de 5 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience dont 12 mois dans l&#8217;entreprise actuelle.<br \/>\nLe salari\u00e9 en CDD doit, quant \u00e0 lui, justifier de 24 mois d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience durant les 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une personne travaillant dans le public doivent justifier de 10 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience durant les 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il est bon de savoir que le salari\u00e9 du secteur public ne peut effectuer que deux bilans de comp\u00e9tences au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, contrairement au salari\u00e9 de la fonction publique hospitali\u00e8re. Dans tous les cas, un candidat au bilan de comp\u00e9tences doit laisser s&#8217;\u00e9couler un d\u00e9lai de 5 ans apr\u00e8s le premier bilan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Quelle est la dur\u00e9e du bilan de comp\u00e9tences ?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e du bilan de comp\u00e9tences est de maximum 24 heures r\u00e9parties sur une p\u00e9riode de 3 semaines \u00e0 4 mois. L&#8217;\u00e9tape pr\u00e9liminaire permet de d\u00e9finir les besoins du candidat au bilan de comp\u00e9tences.<br \/>\nLa deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape sert \u00e0 identifier les motivations et les comp\u00e9tences. Enfin, la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, permet, quant \u00e0 elle, d&#8217;\u00e9tablir un projet professionnel et d&#8217;identifier les \u00e9tapes de la mise en place de celui-ci.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Qui prend en charge le bilan de comp\u00e9tences ?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de\u00a0financer votre bilan de comp\u00e9tences. Celui-ci peut \u00eatre financ\u00e9 par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire du DIF ou du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffsante.fr\/contenu\/comprendre-le-conge-individuel-de-formation-cif\/\">CIF<\/a>.
