Parfois, les missions ne correspondent pas aux attentes du salari\u00e9. Comment faire, alors, pour rompre sa p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai ?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai peut \u00eatre d&#8217;un ou deux mois pour les employ\u00e9s et peut s&#8217;\u00e9tendre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 quatre mois pour les cadres. Celle-ci peut \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9e une fois par l&#8217;employeur.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il peut \u00eatre mis un terme \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai sans motivation particuli\u00e8re. Nul besoin de vous justifier aupr\u00e8s de votre employeur, mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de notifier votre demande de rupture par courrier recommand\u00e9.<br \/>\nVous devez \u00e9galement veiller \u00e0 respecter le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance. Ce d\u00e9lai est de :<br \/>\n&#8211; vingt-quatre heures si vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent moins de huit jours en entreprise,<br \/>\n&#8211; quarante-huit heures pour une dur\u00e9e sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 huit jours.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les allocations ch\u00f4mage<\/span><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez-y \u00e0 deux fois avant de mettre un terme \u00e0 votre p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai, car vous ne percevrez pas les allocations ch\u00f4mage. Cependant, si la rupture de la p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai intervient apr\u00e8s un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent licenciement, une rupture conventionnelle ou une fin de contrat et que vous ne vous \u00e9tiez pas r\u00e9inscrit en tant que demandeur d&#8217;emploi, vous pourrez pr\u00e9tendre aux allocations ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas concern\u00e9 par les exceptions pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment cit\u00e9es, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de trouver un arrangement avec votre employeur afin que ce soit lui qui mette fin \u00e0 votre p\u00e9riode d&#8217;essai. Dans ce cas, vous percevrez les allocations. Expliquez-lui que le poste ne correspond pas \u00e0 vos attentes et que vous ne vous \u00e9panouissez pas dans ce nouvel emploi.
