Sauf motif valable, rien n&#8217;oblige un \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 accepter la demande de travail \u00e0 temps partiel d&#8217;un salari\u00e9. Quoi qu&#8217;il en soit, avant d&#8217;en faire la demande, il est important de conna\u00eetre certaines particularit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le pourcentage de temps de travail<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans la fonction publique hospitali\u00e8re, le temps de travail peut aller de\u00a050 % \u00e0 90 % et cela quel que soit votre sexe ou votre fonction.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez obtenir de droit un temps partiel :<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e0 chaque naissance ou adoption, et cela jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 une dur\u00e9e de 3 ans<br \/>\n&#8211; pour vous occuper d&#8217;un proche malade ou atteint d&#8217;un handicap.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les cong\u00e9s<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les fonctionnaires \u00e0 temps partiel b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du m\u00eame nombre de cong\u00e9s que leurs homologues \u00e0 temps plein. N\u00e9anmoins, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration se fait au prorata du temps de travail. Si vous travaillez \u00e0 70\u00a0%, vous aurez droit \u00e0 25 jours de cong\u00e9s, mais ils seront pay\u00e9s \u00e0 70 %.<br \/>\nEn cas de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, paternit\u00e9, de formation ou d&#8217;adoption, l&#8217;agent sera pay\u00e9 \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La dur\u00e9e du temps partiel<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Si vous choisissez de travailler \u00e0 temps partiel\u00a0pour une dur\u00e9e allant de 6 mois \u00e0 un an, vous pouvez reconduire tacitement votre contrat \u00e0 temps partiel, dans la limite de 3 ans. Apr\u00e8s cela, le renouvellement devra faire l&#8217;objet d&#8217;une nouvelle demande aupr\u00e8s du service des ressources humaines.<br \/>\nIl est possible, sur simple demande, de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer votre poste \u00e0 temps plein avant la fin de la p\u00e9riode \u00e0 temps partiel.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e0 temps plein<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du travail \u00e0 temps partiel se fait au prorata du temps de travail, \u00e0 l&#8217;exception de contrats \u00e0 80 % pay\u00e9s \u00e0 hauteur de 85 % (6\/7 \u00e8me), et \u00e0 90 % pay\u00e9s environ 91 % (32\/35\u00e8me). Par ailleurs, vous pouvez effectuer des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, mais leur nombre est limit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La retraite<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 temps partiel compte comme un travail \u00e0 temps plein pour le calcul de la dur\u00e9e de la retraite. En d&#8217;autres termes, une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 temps plein (soit 4 trimestres).
