Sa mise en place a pour but d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/entreprendre.service-public.gouv.fr\/actualites\/A18526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">am\u00e9liorer la transparence<\/a> en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration afin de r\u00e9duire les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui va changer pour les entreprises (et \u00e9tablissements) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obligation d&rsquo;<strong>indiquer la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration propos\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;offre d&#8217;emploi<\/strong>, ou au moins une fourchette<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interdiction de demander aux candidats la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong> de leurs anciens postes<\/li>\n<li>Mise \u00e0 disposition des salari\u00e9s en poste les<strong> crit\u00e8res pour d\u00e9terminer la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong> et les niveaux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00c0 noter : les salaires restent des donn\u00e9es confidentielles.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Mise en place d&rsquo;un cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de naissance pour soutenir la parentalit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2026, <strong>le <a href=\"https:\/\/solidarites.gouv.fr\/le-gouvernement-accelere-le-deploiement-du-conge-supplementaire-de-naissance-prevu-par-le-budget-de-la-securite-sociale-pour-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de naissance<\/a> s\u2019ajoute au cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, de parentalit\u00e9 ou d\u2019adoption<\/strong>. Ce cong\u00e9 permettra \u00e0 chaque parent de prendre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux mois de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 (70% du salaire net le premier mois, 60% le second). Il peut \u00eatre pris par chacun des deux parents,<strong> ajoutant ainsi jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 mois de pr\u00e9sence parentale<\/strong> pour un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juritravail.com\/Actualite\/nouveau-conge-de-naissance-bientot-la-fin-du-conge-parental-deducation\/Id\/377001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informations importantes<\/a> c\u00f4t\u00e9 employeur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le cong\u00e9 de naissance est un droit, <strong>l\u2019accord de l\u2019employeur n\u2019est pas requis<\/strong>. Le salari\u00e9 qui souhaite les prendre doit toutefois pr\u00e9venir son employeur, notamment de la date de prise du cong\u00e9 et de sa dur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Le cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de naissance <strong>suspend le contrat de travail du salari\u00e9<\/strong> et donc, sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Le salari\u00e9 pourra percevoir, \u00e0 sa demande, des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res<\/li>\n<li>La dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9 sera assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 une <strong>p\u00e9riode de travail effectif<\/strong> pour la d\u00e9termination des droits li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9. Le salari\u00e9 conservera le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de tous les avantages qu&rsquo;il avait acquis avant le d\u00e9but du cong\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 la fin du cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire,<strong> le salari\u00e9 doit retrouver son pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent emploi ou un emploi similaire<\/strong> assorti d\u2019une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au moins \u00e9quivalente.<\/li>\n<li>Un <strong>entretien de parcours professionnel<\/strong> est \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir \u00e0 la reprise du salari\u00e9 (sauf s\u2019il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue du cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interdiction de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim pour les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9ja en place depuis 2024 pour les param\u00e9dicaux et les sages-femmes, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhf.fr\/expertises\/ressources-humaines\/dispositions-communes-personnel-medical-personnel-non-medical\/interdiction-de-linterim-en-etablissement-dans-les-deux-ans-suivant-la-diplomation-lextension-aux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la r\u00e8gle des 2 ans pour l\u2019interim<\/a> s\u2019est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d\u2019autres professions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre 2025, les jeunes m\u00e9decins, infirmiers, sages-femmes, chirurgiens-dentistes et pharmaciens ne peuvent plus effectuer de missions d\u2019int\u00e9rim avant d\u2019avoir cumul\u00e9 24 mois d\u2019activit\u00e9 dans un autre cadre contractuel (CDI, CDD), en exercice lib\u00e9ral ou en vacations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div des actes m\u00e9dicaux<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier, <strong>plus de 350 000 agents de la fonction publique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hospimedia.fr\/actualite\/breves\/20251223-ressources-humaines-356-000-agents-publics-seront-revalorises\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;une indemnit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentielle<\/a><\/strong>. Cette indemnit\u00e9 est vers\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutivement \u00e0 la revalorisation automatique du salaire minimum interprofessionnel de croissance (Smic), qui passe de 1 801,80\u20ac bruts mensuels \u00e0 1823,03\u20ac (+1,18%).<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des m\u00e9decins, les consultations des g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes et plusieurs actes m\u00e9dicaux dans certaines sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s (p\u00e9diatrie, g\u00e9riatrie, psychiatrie, urgences, etc.) sont <a href=\"https:\/\/www.profilmedecin.fr\/contenu\/reglementation-sante-nouveautes-perspectives-et-impacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>revaloris\u00e9s<\/b><strong> financi\u00e8rement.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Cela inclut aussi de nouvelles majorations pour les consultations longues et certains actes techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les employeurs, ces changements impliquent surtout de <strong>mettre \u00e0 jour les grilles salariales<\/strong> et de rester attractifs dans un secteur en tension.<\/p>\n<h2>Evolution de la formation de certains m\u00e9tiers du soin et du social<\/h2>\n<p>Longuement attendue, la<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffsante.fr\/contenu\/reforme-infirmiere-ce-qui-va-changer-en-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9forme de la profession infirmi\u00e8re<\/a><\/strong> devrait entrer en vigueur pour la rentr\u00e9e 2026. Parmi les principaux changements, on retrouve :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un<strong> cursus restructur\u00e9 en 6 semestres<\/strong> (180 ECTS), align\u00e9 avec les standards universitaires europ\u00e9ens<\/li>\n<li>des<strong> comp\u00e9tences infirmi\u00e8res \u00e9largies<\/strong>, notamment la consultation infirmi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;<strong>am\u00e9lioration des conditions de stages infirmi\u00e8res<\/strong> avec un bar\u00e8me fixe pour les indemnit\u00e9s de stage et la prose en charge des frais de transport<\/li>\n<li>diff\u00e9rentes<strong> passerelles<\/strong> vers les masters et sp\u00e9cialisations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers du social, des changements sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir aussi. La rentr\u00e9e 2026 annonce la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffsocial.fr\/contenu\/metiers-du-travail-social-ce-qui-va-changer-en-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mise en place de nouveaux r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels<\/strong><\/a> pour les m\u00e9tiers d&rsquo;assistant social, \u00e9ducateur de jeunes enfants, \u00e9ducateur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et \u00e9ducateur technique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Le regroupement de ces m\u00e9tiers a pour objectif de cr\u00e9er des parcours plus souples, de favoriser les reconversions et de rendre plus attractifs les m\u00e9tiers du travail social.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les \u00e9quipes RH des \u00e9tablissements, ces \u00e9volutions sont \u00e0 suivre de pr\u00e8s car elles auront un <strong>impact direct sur les stages<\/strong> et la prise en charge des \u00e9tudiants dans les \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2026 s&rsquo;annonce encore riche en actualit\u00e9s pour les m\u00e9tiers du soin. Et du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des RH des \u00e9tablissements, l&rsquo;enjeu est double : assurer la mise en conformit\u00e9 des processus internes et administratifs et rester attractif pour faire face aux tensions du secteur.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-4 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background
