D\u00e9but septembre,<strong> il lance le compte instagram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/coulisseshospitalieres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@Coulisseshospitalieres<\/a> et partage le quotidien d\u2019une direction des ressources humaines<\/strong>. Rencontre.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 ce compte ?<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-6409 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.staffsante.fr\/espace-recruteurs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/nicolas-delmas.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"219\" height=\"250\" align=\"right\" \/>Je suis d\u2019abord parti d\u2019un constat : <strong>les m\u00e9tiers administratifs au sein d\u2019un h\u00f4pital sont souvent m\u00e9connus et leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 parfois remise en question<\/strong>. Quand on dit \u201cRH\u201d, on pense tout de suite au DRH mais peu \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des services qui travaillent \u00e0 mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s. <strong>Et pourtant ils sont essentiels dans la vie d\u2019un h\u00f4pital et pour nos professionnels<\/strong> : formations, paies et carri\u00e8res, maladies professionnelles, recrutement, mobilit\u00e9, pr\u00e9vention en risques sant\u00e9, service social, cr\u00e8che hospitali\u00e8res, secr\u00e9tariat\u2026. au total, pr\u00e8s de 600 agents administratifs et techniques \u0153uvrent au quotidien au sein de l\u2019H\u00f4pital Bichat. Tous ces services sont en contact direct avec les soignants du service de proximit\u00e9 RH aux agents de la restauration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ma volont\u00e9 en cr\u00e9ant le compte Instagram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/coulisseshospitalieres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@Coulisseshospitalieres<\/a> est donc de mettre en lumi\u00e8re le quotidien d\u2019une direction des ressources humaines dans sa globalit\u00e9 et sa diversit\u00e9<\/strong>, ainsi que sa proximit\u00e9 avec les autres services et \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Pour lancer ce compte, je me suis appuy\u00e9 sur ma communaut\u00e9 Twitter via un sondage pour trouver le nom du futur compte Instagram.<strong> En m\u2019appuyant sur cette communaut\u00e9, de soignants, d\u2019administratifs, le compte a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9, et a atteint plus de 300 abonn\u00e9s en une journ\u00e9e<\/strong>. Mais je me suis rendu compte que le compte attirait aussi des personnes externes, curieuses d\u2019en savoir plus sur les coulisses d\u2019un h\u00f4pital.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les retours sont tr\u00e8s positifs, les administratifs se sentent valoris\u00e9s et les soignants comprennent maintenant beaucoup mieux notre quotidien<\/strong>. \u00c0 la fin d\u2019une r\u00e9union, une infirmi\u00e8re m\u2019a m\u00eame dit : \u00ab\u00a0<em>j\u2019ai plus appris en 10 jours sur votre compte qu\u2019en 12 ans \u00e0 Bichat<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ! Et \u00e7a c\u2019est une victoire. <strong>Il y a un besoin \u00e9vident et je pense que l\u2019on a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 sortir de l\u2019image floue et m\u00eame parfois inqui\u00e9tante de la DRH.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>On parle beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel, d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme, voire de perte de sens pour les soignants.. comment vous \u00eates vous adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la crise et quelles actions mettez-vous en place ?<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si l\u2019on ressentait d\u00e9j\u00e0 ce besoin avant la crise,<strong> les soignants recherchent effectivement de plus en plus de sens dans leur travail ainsi qu\u2019une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail.<\/strong> Nous avons mis en place quelques actions \u201cbien-\u00eatre\u201d durant la crise. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous p\u00e9rennisons ces initiatives avec un parcours d\u00e9tente au sein de l\u2019H\u00f4pital Bichat en proposant des massages par des kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes de l\u2019h\u00f4pital par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019H\u00f4pital Bichat est le premier \u00e9tablissement fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 avoir accueilli un cas Covid en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, on a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite au c\u0153ur de la crise. <strong>Le bilan apr\u00e8s ces quelques mois intenses est plut\u00f4t positif.<\/strong> Le crise a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien g\u00e9r\u00e9e, nous n\u2019avons pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bord\u00e9s par la situation et nous avons eu plus de recrutements que de d\u00e9parts apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re vague. Nous avons \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des personnes venues en renfort, l\u2019int\u00e9gration a \u00e9t\u00e9 bonne, certaines nous ont m\u00eame rejoints ensuite.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u2019apr\u00e8s vous, comment le m\u00e9tier de DRH va \u00e9voluer dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es ?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Un des r\u00f4les importants du DRH est d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des gens et de garder un lien de proximit\u00e9.<\/strong> Donc je pense que \u00e7a, \u00e7a restera notre mission principale dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es et qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire que l\u2019on soit sur place pour pouvoir \u00eatre aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce qui va changer par contre, ce sont les attentes des candidats dans les recrutements.<\/strong> Avant, le premier crit\u00e8re \u00e9tait le prestige de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, maintenant c\u2019est plut\u00f4t l\u2019ambiance des services. <strong>Comme la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail est de plus en plus importante, les candidats recherchent des services o\u00f9 ils vont \u00eatre bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.<\/strong> D\u2019ailleurs, nous n\u2019avons pas de probl\u00e8me de recrutement dans les services o\u00f9 l\u2019ambiance est bonne, le bouche-\u00e0-oreille fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien !<\/p>\n<p>Du coup, <strong>en tant que DRH, nous allons devoir adapter notre communication \u00e0 ces besoins, en \u00e9tant transparents et plus modernes.<\/strong> Il est important que l\u2019on s\u2019adresse directement \u00e0 eux, sur les r\u00e9seaux qu\u2019ils ont l\u2019habitude d\u2019utiliser au quotidien.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF;
